How it works
Every booking site can share a calendar link (it ends in .ics) and read one from somewhere else.
- Send your availability out. InnRow gives each room a link. Paste it into each booking site's calendar settings, so the site closes nights you sold elsewhere.
- Bring their bookings in. Copy each site's export link and paste it into InnRow under Settings, Channels. New reservations lock the room within about 15 minutes and appear on the Today screen for you to add the guest's name, price and commission.
- Watch for clashes. If a site's booking lands on nights already sold, InnRow shows a red alert.
Dates a site only marks "not available", such as your own closures echoed back, aren't treated as bookings.
Step-by-step help for each site
| Site | Help |
|---|---|
| Airbnb | Find and connect the Airbnb calendar link |
| Booking.com | Sync calendars on Booking.com |
| Agoda | Calendar sync on Agoda YCS |
| MakeMyTrip and Goibibo | Calendar sync on InGo-MMT |
| Expedia and Vrbo | Expedia and Vrbo calendars |
What calendar sync does not do
It shares booked and closed dates only. Prices, room descriptions, photos and guest messages stay in each site's own extranet. If you need prices pushed to many sites automatically, that's the job of a two-way channel manager. See iCal sync vs a channel manager.
