InnRow

Direct bookings

A booking page and website widget, with no commission

Every InnRow property can publish a booking page that guests find on Google: photos, rooms, facilities, policies, a map link and a Check availability box with live prices from your InnRow calendar, so it can never offer a room that is taken. Paste the booking widget into your own website as a Book now button, a dates bar or a full form. Guests send a booking request; you confirm it and take the advance your usual way. No commission.

What guests see

  • Your photos, rooms and facilities, with room descriptions, policies and the questions guests usually ask.
  • A Check availability box with live prices for their dates.
  • WhatsApp and call buttons and a map link, for guests who'd rather talk first.
  • Your own name and colours. Requests and e-mails to the guest carry your property's brand, not ours.

The page lives at app.innrow.com/stays/your-property/ and loads fast on a phone: it scores 100 in Google PageSpeed for performance, accessibility, best practices and SEO.

It can't sell a taken room

The booking page is the same inventory as your InnRow calendar, never a copy. Availability and prices come straight from your rooms and rates, so the page can't offer a night that's already booked by phone, WhatsApp or a booking site.

How a request arrives

A guest's request lands in InnRow as a normal booking with the channel Website, and you get an alert and an e-mail. You choose how it behaves in Settings → Booking page:

Setting What happens to the dates Good for
Enquiry (default) They stay open until you hold or confirm the booking Owners who like to talk to each guest first
Hold The rooms are blocked for your hold time, and booking sites see them closed at their next calendar sync Busy seasons, when you don't want to lose the request

Guests don't pay on the page. You confirm the booking and take the advance the way you already do, by UPI, bank transfer, card or cash. A guest's request never changes the name or e-mail of a guest you've already saved.

Found on Google

  • Structured data describing your property, using only facts you entered (no invented ratings).
  • A canonical address and a sitemap for all booking pages, so search engines find yours.
  • One address per language. Offer the page in Spanish, Arabic, Hindi or any of InnRow's 48 languages; each version has its own address and tells Google about the others.
  • Link it from your Google Business Profile, Instagram bio and WhatsApp Business profile.

On your own website

Settings → Booking page → Add booking to your own website gives you three one-line codes. Paste one into WordPress (a Custom HTML block), Wix (Embed code), Google Sites (Embed) or any site that accepts HTML:

  1. A Book now button that opens the booking pop-up.
  2. A slim dates-and-guests bar, whose results open in the pop-up.
  3. The whole booking form inside your page.

The widget loads after your page, works on phones and speaks your website's language (or the one you set with data-lang). Requests are marked website widget, and innrow_search and innrow_request events go to your own Google Tag Manager or Analytics, so you can see which pages bring bookings. List your website addresses and no other site can show your widget.

Protected from spam

Signed forms, a hidden bot trap, a minimum time to fill the form and a limit on requests per connection keep junk out. A double tap can't create two bookings.

Booking page or booking site?

Your InnRow booking page A booking site
Commission None Airbnb's host-only fee is 15.5% for most hosts; Booking.com commonly 10% to 25%
Who owns the guest relationship You The booking site
Payment You take it your usual way Usually through the site
Brings new guests who don't know you No, you bring them (Google, Instagram, past guests) Yes

Most small properties need both: booking sites for discovery, a booking page for guests who already found you. See Airbnb vs Booking.com fees and how to get more direct bookings.

Set it up

  1. Open Settings → Booking page. A checklist shows what's missing.
  2. Add photos (InnRow resizes them and removes their location data), room descriptions, facilities, policies and guest questions.
  3. Choose Enquiry or Hold, and the languages your page offers.
  4. Publish, then link the page from Google, Instagram and WhatsApp, or paste the widget into your website.

Questions people ask

Is the InnRow booking page a booking engine?

Yes, a simple one: guests see live availability and prices and send a booking request, which you confirm. It doesn't take payment online; you collect the advance your usual way.

Does InnRow charge commission on direct bookings?

No. There is no commission or booking fee on any booking, from any source.

Can I add a Book now button to my WordPress or Wix website?

Yes. Copy the one-line code from Settings → Booking page and paste it into a Custom HTML block on WordPress, Embed code on Wix or Embed on Google Sites.

Can the booking page show a room that's already booked?

No. It reads the same calendar as InnRow, so nights booked by phone, WhatsApp or a booking site are never offered.

Can my booking page be in other languages?

Yes. Choose the languages in Settings → Booking page → Page languages. Each has its own address, and you can write your own text for each.

Will Google find my booking page?

The page has structured data, a canonical address and a sitemap. Linking it from your Google Business Profile helps guests find it fastest.
