Updated

InnRow 2.5: InnRow speaks your language (17 October 2026)

  • 48 languages, including 15 Indian languages and right-to-left Arabic, Urdu, Persian and Hebrew. See them all.
  • Each person chooses their own, at sign-up, in My account, or set by the owner for each staff member. Nobody's screen changes for anyone else.
  • Guests in their own language: each guest has a language for messages; WhatsApp texts and e-mails use it, and guests who book on your page are remembered in theirs.
  • Booking page in many languages, each with its own web address for Google. You can write your own text per language. The website widget follows your website's language.
  • New e-mails: one clean, phone-friendly design for every e-mail InnRow sends, in the reader's language. Guest e-mails carry your property's name, logo and colour.
  • A start guide in your inbox after sign-up: your InnRow address and username, how to sign in again, setup in five steps, and the everyday problems InnRow solves. If you chose another language, a second copy arrives in it.
  • Smaller improvements: "1 night" and "1 pet" read correctly; minimum-stay rules show reliably on the booking page; staff WhatsApp invites and the home-screen app name use the team's language; every form and heading is labelled for screen readers.
  • Speed: still 100 for performance in Google PageSpeed on every public page and app screen.

InnRow 2.4: Booking pages and the website widget (October 2026)

  • Booking pages at app.innrow.com/stays/your-property/: photos, rooms, facilities, policies, questions guests ask and a Check availability box with live prices. Requests arrive as Website bookings, as an enquiry or a hold. Booking page.
  • A booking widget for your own website: a Book now button, a dates bar or the full form, for WordPress, Wix, Google Sites and others, with events for your own Google Analytics.
  • Sign-up codes: new accounts confirm their e-mail with a 6-digit code, which keeps fake sign-ups out.
  • Calendar-sync safeguards: if a booking site's calendar suddenly comes back empty, InnRow keeps those dates closed for 12 hours and alerts you instead of reopening them. Calendar links to private addresses are refused.
  • Reliability: a payment can never be recorded twice; impossible booking status changes are refused; password reset links work once.
  • 2.4.1: the iPhone home-screen app opens on a launch screen with your property's icon, and opens faster; date fields on the booking page fit on iPhone.

InnRow 2.3: Speed and one Android app (October 2026)

  • One InnRow Android app for every property: staff type their property's address once and it opens straight in. On iPhone, add InnRow to the home screen from Safari. Phone app.
  • Speed: every page scores 100 for performance, accessibility and best practices in Google PageSpeed, on phone and desktop.
