A PMS without the training course
Hotel software built for 100-room hotels comes with many screens, long setup and a support contract. A 12-room hotel needs the same basics in a fraction of the effort: what's free tonight, who's arriving, who has paid, which rooms need cleaning, and how the month is going.
InnRow is built around those questions, on a phone first.

What InnRow is not
InnRow syncs booking sites through calendar (iCal) links, not a two-way API channel manager. It brings each site's bookings in within about 15 minutes and shares the dates you sold, which each site reads on its own schedule (often every few hours), but it does not push prices or room details to the sites. Hotels that sell on many sites with frequent price changes may want a channel manager as well. Read iCal sync vs a channel manager and PMS vs channel manager vs booking engine.
Getting started
Most owners are set up in about 20 minutes: add rooms, paste each booking site's calendar link, invite staff. The getting started guide walks through each step.
