One property, many languages, no conflicts
Small properties are run by mixed teams: an owner who reads English, a manager more at home in Hindi or Spanish, a caretaker or housekeeper who reads only their own language. Software in one language leaves somebody guessing, and guessing at the front desk is how rooms get double-booked.
InnRow gives each person their own language. Changing yours changes only your screen. Two people can work on the same booking at the same moment, each in their own language, and the booking, the guest and the payment are saved exactly the same way.
Where each person chooses
| Where | Who | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| Sign-up | The owner | InnRow suggests the language of your region (Malayalam in Kerala, Tamil in Tamil Nadu, Hindi in most of North India, and by country elsewhere). English is one tap away. |
| My account → Language | Everyone | Picks the language of their own screens and e-mails. |
| Settings → Users | The owner | Sets a language for each staff member, so a new caretaker opens the app straight away in a language they read. |
| Settings → Property → Languages | The owner | Team language for staff who haven't chosen, guest language for guests whose language you don't know, and the language of invoices and receipts (English by default). |
Dates, weekdays and months appear the way each language writes them, and country names show in your language. Staff app invites sent on WhatsApp, backup messages and the app's name on the phone's home screen follow the team's language too.
Guests in their own language
- Each guest profile has a language for messages. WhatsApp messages and e-mails to that guest are written in it. See WhatsApp messages.
- Guests who book on your page are saved with the language they used, so the conversation continues in it.
- E-mails carry your brand: your property's name, logo and colour, in a layout that reads well on a phone.
- Invoices stay in English by default, which is the safest choice for tax and company accounts. You can change it.
Your booking page in many languages
Choose the languages your booking page offers. Each language gets its own web address (for example /stays/your-property/ml/), and the page tells Google about every version, so a traveller in Madrid sees your page in Spanish and one in Riyadh sees it in Arabic. You can write your own headline, description, room descriptions and answers in each language; wherever you leave a box empty, guests see your main text. The booking widget on your own website follows your website's language automatically.

Honest notes
- New languages are marked Beta until a native speaker has reviewed them. If a word reads oddly, tell us at [email protected].
- Help pages and support are in English.
- Speed is unchanged. Each language loads only its own words, and InnRow's public pages still score 100 for performance in Google PageSpeed.
