- Copy the message in the guest's language.
- Replace every word in [brackets] with the booking's details. Write dates the way that country does (in most of Europe and Asia, day before month).
- Keep amounts in the currency the guest paid in.
- Send it from your own WhatsApp or e-mail, so replies come straight to you.
Guests from abroad trust a message in their own language more, and ask fewer questions. Even a short confirmation in their language feels personal.
