How does InnRow prevent double bookings?
It stores one record per room per night and refuses a second booking for a taken night, even if two people save at once. Booking-site reservations lock nights through calendar sync, and clashes raise an alert. How it works.
Which booking sites does InnRow work with?
Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Expedia and Vrbo, through calendar (iCal) sync. Integrations.
Is InnRow a channel manager?
No. It includes calendar sync, which shares booked dates, but it doesn't push prices to booking sites like a two-way channel manager. iCal sync vs channel manager.
How quickly does calendar sync work?
InnRow checks booking-site calendars about every 15 minutes. Each site reads InnRow's calendar on its own schedule; Airbnb's is roughly every couple of hours.
Does InnRow make GST invoices?
Yes, once you enter a GSTIN: 5% for rooms up to ₹7,500 a night and 18% above. GST invoices.
Does InnRow file Form C?

Can my staff use InnRow?

Can I export my data?

Does InnRow work outside India?
The calendar, sync, check-in and payments work anywhere. GST and Form C features are India-specific and can be switched off.
