Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data InnRow collects on innrow.com and in the InnRow app, why, how it's protected and what choices you have.

This website

innrow.com doesn't use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and troubleshooting.

The InnRow app

Account data. When you sign up we collect your name, email, phone, property details and billing information to run your account.

Guest data. Properties use InnRow to store their guests' details, including names, contact details, ID and passport photos and booking history. The property decides what to collect and is responsible for it; InnRow processes it on the property's behalf, only to provide the service.

How we protect it. Data is sent over encrypted connections. Access is limited by staff role inside each property, and ID photos are visible only to roles that need them.

Sharing. We don't sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run InnRow (such as hosting and payments) under confidentiality obligations, or when the law requires it.

Retention. Account data is kept while the account is active and for as long as tax and legal records require afterwards. Properties can export and delete their guest data.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to access, correct or erase your personal data and to withdraw consent. Guests of a property should contact the property first. Write to [email protected].
