The villa problem
Many villas are let two ways: the whole villa to one group, or single rooms to separate guests. On booking sites these are separate listings. Without a link between them, a family books the whole villa on Airbnb while a couple books one room on Booking.com for the same night.

Good for villa owners and caretakers
- Owner and caretaker roles. The caretaker checks guests in, takes ID photos, records payments and marks rooms clean. The owner sees revenue and changes prices.
- Holds. Hold the villa while a group sends its advance. Unpaid holds release automatically.
- Extras. Add a cook, a pool clean, a bonfire or an airport pickup to the bill.
- Blocks. Close the villa for owner stays or repairs, and the booking sites see it as closed.
