What small resorts need
A small resort sells more than rooms: meals, treatments, activities and transfers. Guests book through travel agents, booking sites and directly. Staff work in shifts. InnRow brings this into one place.
| What you need | How InnRow does it |
|---|---|
| See what's free | One booking calendar: rooms as rows, nights as columns, on your phone |
| Never sell a room twice | Each room is locked night by night the moment a booking is saved |
| Keep Airbnb, Booking.com and MakeMyTrip in step | Calendar sync closes dates you sold elsewhere, usually within about 15 minutes |
| Check guests in | ID photos from the phone camera, guest details and a digital register |
| Foreign guests | Form C reminders so you file within 24 hours |
| Bills | GST invoices with the right slab, credit notes and invoice numbers |
| Money | Advances, balances, UPI and cash in one place |
| Talk to guests | WhatsApp messages for confirmation, directions, payment reminders and reviews |
| Staff | Six roles with discount and refund limits, plus an activity log |

Questions people ask
How much does InnRow cost for a resort?
The Homestay plan is ₹599 a month for up to 6 rooms and the Hotel plan is ₹1,499 a month for up to 25 rooms. Prices exclude GST, and every plan starts with a 30-day free trial. See pricing.
Does InnRow handle cottages and rooms together?
Yes. Each cottage or room is a unit on the calendar. Units that are sold together, such as a villa and its rooms, can be linked so booking one closes the others.
