1. Create your account
Open sign-up and enter your property's name, the short address your staff will type (for example bellevue), your name, mobile number, e-mail, number of rooms and country. Tick whole property if guests can book the entire place as well as single rooms. Every account starts with a 30-day trial of the Hotel plan; no card is needed.
2. Add your rooms
Name each room or unit, its usual price and how many guests it takes. If the whole house or villa can also be booked, link it to its rooms: booking the whole property closes every room, and booking any room closes the whole property.
3. Connect your booking sites
For each site and each room:
- Copy the site's calendar export link (it ends in
.ics) and paste it into InnRow under Settings → Channels. - Copy InnRow's link for that room and paste it into the site's calendar import.
- Press Check our links to test both directions.
Site by site: Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, MakeMyTrip and Goibibo, Expedia and Vrbo.
4. Enter the bookings you already have
Add upcoming bookings from your register book, WhatsApp chats and each site's extranet. Booking-site reservations that arrive through calendar sync show up as locked dates; complete them with the guest name, amount and commission from the extranet.
5. Set up invoices and payments
Add your logo, address and tax details. In India, enter your GSTIN to switch on GST invoices. Elsewhere, set your VAT or sales tax name and rate, or leave tax off.
6. Invite your staff
In Settings → Users, give each person a role: front desk, housekeeping, reservations, finance or owner. The Send the app button sends them the InnRow app link and their username on WhatsApp.
7. Go live checklist
- Every room on every booking site has both links connected, and Check our links is green.
- Upcoming bookings from your old register are in InnRow.
- Staff can sign in on their phones.
- You know where the close these dates now card appears for same-day bookings.

Questions people ask
How long does it take to set up InnRow?
About 20 minutes for a small property: account, rooms, booking-site links and staff. Entering past bookings takes longer if you have many.
Can I import bookings from a spreadsheet?
Enter upcoming bookings by hand from your register or spreadsheet. Booking-site reservations come in through calendar sync and only need the guest's details added.
Do I need a card to start?
No. The 30-day trial and the Free plan need no card.
