How to sync Expedia and Vrbo calendars

Vrbo lets you import and export calendars per listing, so you can exchange links with InnRow. Expedia Partner Central offers calendar sync on some listings; if you don't see it, ask your Expedia market manager to enable iCal or connect through a channel manager.

Vrbo

Open the listing's Calendar and find Import/Export or calendar sync.
Export Vrbo's link into InnRow; import InnRow's link into Vrbo.

Expedia

Sign in to Expedia Partner Central (apps.expediapartnercentral.com).
Look for calendar sync. If it isn't there, ask your market manager about iCal; hotel listings often need a channel manager.

Menu names on booking sites change from time to time. If you can't find an option, search the site's own help for "iCal" or "sync calendars", or ask their partner support.
