Form C reminders for foreign guests

InnRow reminds you to file Form C for every foreign guest within 24 hours of arrival, as Indian law requires. When a foreign guest checks in, the booking shows Form C as due on the Today screen and keeps their passport and visa photos ready for the government's e-FRRO portal, until you mark it filed.

Why it matters

Anyone in India who hosts a foreign guest for payment, even for a few hours, must submit Form C (now called Form-III) on the Bureau of Immigration's portal, indianfrro.gov.in, within 24 hours of arrival. Since the Immigration and Foreigners Act, 2025, this includes guests with OCI cards. Hosts who repeatedly miss it risk penalties. Our Form C guide explains the rules in full.

How InnRow helps

  • Marks Form C as due when a guest with a foreign nationality checks in
  • Shows due forms on the Today screen until you mark them filed
  • Keeps passport and visa photos and the details the form asks for with the booking
  • Reminds you to report departures where your portal asks for it

InnRow does not submit the form for you. Filing happens on the government portal with your own login.

Questions people ask

Does InnRow file Form C automatically?

No. Form C must be filed by the host on indianfrro.gov.in with their own login. InnRow reminds you and keeps the details ready.

Do I need Form C for OCI card holders?

Yes, since the Immigration and Foreigners Act, 2025 hosts report OCI card holders too. See our Form C guide.
