What a free plan should still give you
The point of booking software is that a room can't be sold twice. A free plan that leaves that out is a calendar app, not booking software. Before you sign up for any free plan, check that it:
- Locks each room night by night, so a second booking for a taken night is refused.
- Syncs with the booking sites you use, so an Airbnb booking closes the same night on Booking.com.
- Warns you about clashes, because calendar links between sites are not instant. Airbnb, for example, updates imported calendars about every 3 hours (Airbnb help).
InnRow's free plan includes all three, plus the "close these dates now" card for last-minute bookings, the guest list and WhatsApp message templates.
What InnRow's free plan leaves out
- Invoices with your logo (GST invoices in India). Free gives simple receipts.
- Form C helper and guest register for foreign guests in India.
- Payment tracking and reports.
- Google Sheet backup.
- More than 1 staff login.

When to move to a paid plan
- You add a third room.
- You need proper invoices, or a GST invoice in India.

- One booking site only? Airbnb's own calendar is free and may be enough, as long as you never take phone or WhatsApp bookings.
- Excel or Google Sheets cost nothing and work for one person. They can't stop two people booking the same room, and they don't talk to booking sites. Our booking calendar template is a good starting point.
