The service
InnRow provides online booking calendar and front-desk software for accommodation providers. Calendar sync with booking sites depends on those sites' own calendar links and refresh schedules, which InnRow doesn't control.
Accounts
You're responsible for your account, your staff's access and the accuracy of the data you enter, including guest data and tax settings.
Plans, trial and billing
Plans and prices are listed on the pricing page in Indian rupees, excluding GST. The free trial lasts 30 days. Paid plans renew monthly or yearly until cancelled. Monthly plans can be cancelled before the next billing date.
Your data
You own the data you put into InnRow. You can export it at any time. We use it only to provide and improve the service, as described in the privacy policy.
Acceptable use
Don't use InnRow for anything unlawful, to store data you have no right to hold, or to interfere with the service.
Tax and legal duties
InnRow helps with GST invoices and Form C reminders, but you remain responsible for your tax, registration and reporting obligations. Information on this website is general guidance, not legal or tax advice.
Availability and liability
We work to keep InnRow available and your data safe, but can't promise uninterrupted service. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous three months.
