How to set up calendar sync on Agoda (YCS)

Steps

1. Sign in to Agoda YCS (portal.agoda.com).
2. Open Calendar and find calendar sync / iCal.
3. Paste InnRow's link for the room. Use a calendar name without underscores.
4. Copy Agoda's export link and paste it into InnRow under Settings → Channels, choosing Agoda and the matching room.

Notes

• The room type must have a single unit of availability.
• If calendar sync isn't offered for your property, ask your Agoda account manager.

Menu names on booking sites change from time to time. If you can't find an option, search the site's own help for "iCal" or "sync calendars", or ask their partner support.
