Export Airbnb's calendar (bring Airbnb bookings into InnRow)
- Sign in to Airbnb and switch to hosting.
- Open Calendar and pick the listing.
- Open Availability settings and find Connect calendars / calendar sync.
- Choose Export calendar and copy the link ending in
.ics. - In InnRow, go to Settings → Channels → Connect a booking-site calendar, choose Airbnb and the matching room or villa, and paste the link.
Import InnRow's calendar (close Airbnb when you sell elsewhere)
- In InnRow, go to Settings → Channels and copy the link for the room or villa.
- On Airbnb, in the same calendar sync section, choose Import calendar / Connect another calendar.
- Paste the InnRow link and give it a name such as "InnRow".
Good to know
- Airbnb refreshes imported calendars about every 3 hours, so close dates by hand for same-day bookings.
- One link per listing. If your villa and its rooms are separate listings, connect each to its matching unit in InnRow.
Menu names on booking sites change from time to time. If you can't find an option, search the site's own help for "iCal" or "sync calendars", or ask their partner support.

How often does Airbnb sync calendars?
Airbnb updates imported calendars about every 3 hours, and different imported calendars may update at different times. On the Airbnb website you can refresh an imported calendar by hand, but Airbnb limits how often it re-reads the other site (Airbnb help).
Why can't I find the Airbnb iCal link in the app?
Calendar sync settings are easiest to reach on the Airbnb website in a browser. Look under the listing's Calendar, Availability.
