InnRow

InnRow and Airbnb

InnRow connects to Airbnb with calendar (iCal) sync. Airbnb reservations lock the room in InnRow within about 15 minutes, and nights you sell by phone, on WhatsApp or on other sites close on your Airbnb calendar when Airbnb next refreshes, about every 3 hours.

What syncs

  • Airbnb reservations and dates you block on Airbnb come into InnRow
  • Bookings and blocks in InnRow close the same nights on Airbnb

Prices, listing details and guest messages stay in Airbnb. If you list a whole villa and its rooms separately on Airbnb, connect each listing to the matching unit in InnRow and the villa-to-room link does the rest.

Since 27 October 2025, Airbnb moves hosts who connect through API software to a single 15.5% host-only fee, up from a 3% host fee under the split fee (Hostfully). InnRow connects to Airbnb with a calendar link, so linking InnRow does not by itself move you onto that fee (Lodgify help centre). Airbnb has been retiring the split fee market by market, so check which fee your listing has (PriceLabs).

Questions people ask

Will connecting InnRow change my Airbnb fee?

Not by itself. Airbnb's 15.5% host-only fee applies to hosts connected through API software; InnRow uses a calendar link. Airbnb is moving more markets to the single fee anyway, so check your listing's fee settings.

Does InnRow work with Airbnb Instant Book?

Yes. Instant Book reservations arrive in InnRow through calendar sync like any other Airbnb booking. Because Airbnb refreshes outside calendars about every 3 hours, keep InnRow's link connected so Airbnb sees your other bookings.
