InnRow

Housekeeping status

In InnRow, a room turns to 'needs cleaning' when a guest checks out. Housekeeping staff mark it clean from their phone, using a role that shows nothing but room status, and the front desk sees which rooms are ready for arrivals.

How a cleaning day works

  1. A guest checks out. The desk taps Check out; the room turns to needs cleaning.
  2. Housekeeping opens their list. Their login shows room status only: no guest details, prices or money.
  3. They mark the room clean from their phone when it's ready.
  4. The desk sees it ready next to today's arrivals, so early check-ins go to clean rooms first.

Blocks for repairs

Close a room for repairs, painting or owner use with a block. It shows as blocked on the calendar and closes on the booking sites through calendar sync.
