Dashboards and reports

InnRow's owner dashboard shows occupancy, revenue, average daily rate (ADR), revenue per available room (RevPAR), the share of direct bookings, extras per stay and money still owed. The Finance screen covers cash, refunds, GST and commission, and every report downloads as an Excel file.

ADR Average price of a sold room night
RevPAR Room revenue divided by all available room nights
Direct share Share of bookings that came directly, not through booking sites
Extras per stay Average spend on meals, treatments and activities
Money owed Balances not yet collected
