InnRow

InnRow and Booking.com

InnRow connects to Booking.com through the extranet's calendar sync, one link per room. Booking.com reservations lock the matching room in InnRow, and nights you sell elsewhere close on Booking.com. Prices and availability counts stay in the Booking.com extranet.

Before you connect

Booking.com offers calendar sync to many homes, apartments and small properties. Room types with several identical rooms usually need a channel manager instead of calendar sync. If you don't see Sync calendars in your extranet, ask Booking.com support whether it's available for your property type.

What arrives in InnRow

A Booking.com calendar link carries dates, not the guest's name, price or commission. So a new Booking.com reservation arrives as a locked, unnamed booking on the right room, and appears on the Today screen under Booking-site reservations to complete. Copy the guest name, amount and commission from the extranet in a few taps, and the booking counts in your reports like any other.

Same-day bookings

Booking.com reads InnRow's calendar on its own schedule, which can be hours apart. When someone books a room by phone for tonight or tomorrow, InnRow shows a close these dates on the other sites now card with a link to the extranet, so you can close the room on Booking.com straight away.
