Your data stays yours

What we keep, and how

• One database per property. Your bookings never sit in the same tables as another owner's, and each property has its own sign-in.
• Automatic copies. InnRow copies each property every few hours (every 3 hours by default) and keeps the latest 14, plus an extra copy before any restore.
• A file you hold. Download a backup file at any time, and restore from it if you ever need to.
• Your own Google Sheet. On the Homestay and Hotel plans, InnRow can back up to a Google Sheet in your own Google account.
• CSV exports. Bookings, room nights, guests, payments, invoices and Form C records all download as CSV files that open in Excel or Google Sheets.

If you stop paying

The account moves to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted. Calendar sync keeps running for every room, so billing never causes a double booking, and your first 2 rooms keep taking bookings. Choose a plan again whenever you like and everything is where you left it.

Sign-in and staff

• New accounts confirm their email address with a 6-digit code before they are created.
• Repeated wrong passwords are slowed down, and a forgotten password is reset with a one-time link that expires in minutes.
• Each person has their own login and sees only what their role allows. Every change is written to an activity log.
• Guest ID photos sit in private storage and open only for signed-in staff.
• Payments and booking changes are protected against double clicks and two people acting at the same moment.

Moving in from another system

If you're moving from another InnRow property or a backup file, we can import it for you. From a spreadsheet, the booking calendar template shows the columns that matter.
