Your own direct booking page

Every InnRow property gets a booking page at app.innrow.com/stays/your-property/. It shows your photos, rooms, facilities and house rules, and lets guests pick dates and see only the rooms that are free, at the price your staff would quote. A request lands on your calendar as an enquiry or a hold. There is no commission and no booking fee.

Why a booking page of your own

A guest who finds you on Google Maps or Instagram usually ends up doing one of two things. They message you on WhatsApp and wait for a reply, or they search for you on a booking site and pay you through it, which costs you 15 to 25 percent of the stay. A booking page gives that guest a third choice: check the dates and send a request straight to you.

It is not a separate system. The page reads the same calendar your staff use, so it can't offer a room that was sold on the phone ten minutes ago.

What guests see

  • A photo gallery, your headline and a description in your own words.
  • Each room with photos, how many people it sleeps and its starting price.
  • Facilities, picked from a list of 25, such as parking, Wi-Fi, power backup or pets welcome.
  • Check-in and check-out times, your cancellation policy, the advance you ask for and your house rules.
  • Answers to the questions guests usually ask, which you write once.
  • Your location with a Google Maps button, and WhatsApp, call and email buttons.

When a guest picks dates and the number of guests, the page shows only the rooms that are free for every night of the stay, with the exact price including tax.

What happens when someone books

  1. The guest sends a request with their name, phone and any message.
  2. It lands in InnRow as a normal booking with the channel "Website", with an alert in the app and an email to you. If the guest gave an email address, they get one too.
  3. You choose in advance how requests arrive. Enquiry keeps the dates open until you confirm. Hold blocks the rooms for your hold time, so the booking sites see those dates as closed at their next sync.
  4. You confirm, take the advance the way you always do (UPI, bank transfer or cash) and the booking follows your normal rules.

If the guest has stayed before, InnRow links the request to their guest profile by phone number. Their saved details are never overwritten by what they type on the page.

Guests don't pay on the page yet. Online payment of the advance is the next step we are building.

Built to be found on Google

The page carries structured data for Google (LodgingBusiness, Hotel or VacationRental, depending on your kind of stay) made only from facts you entered: address, map location, phone, check-in times, facilities, price range and photos. It never invents a star rating or reviews. Each page has a canonical address, its own sharing image and a place in the booking pages' sitemap, and the booking steps are kept out of Google's index so only the real page is listed.

The page scores 100 in Lighthouse for performance, accessibility, best practices and SEO, on phones and on desktop. You can add your own Google Analytics 4 ID to see visits.

Setting it up

Open Settings → Booking page in InnRow. A short checklist tells you what's missing for a strong page: a description of 300 characters or more, enough photos, photo descriptions, the map location, facilities, a few questions and answers, room descriptions and prices. Photos are resized for you and their location data is removed. You can hide any room you don't want to sell online.

Then put the link where guests already look: your Google Business Profile, your Instagram bio and your WhatsApp Business profile. Read how to get your homestay on Google Maps.

On every plan

The booking page comes with every plan, including Free (which covers 2 rooms). On the Free and Homestay plans a small "Booking by InnRow" line sits at the bottom of the page; the Hotel plan removes it. Want the same booking on your own website? Add the booking widget.

Questions about the booking page

Does InnRow take a commission on bookings from my booking page?

No. There is no commission or booking fee on any plan. You pay only your monthly or yearly plan, or nothing on the Free plan.

Can a guest book a room that is already taken?

No. The page reads the same night-by-night calendar as your staff screens, so it only offers rooms that are free for every night of the stay.

Can guests pay online on the booking page?

Not yet. Guests send a request, you confirm it and collect the advance your usual way, for example by UPI or bank transfer. Online payment is being built next.

Do I need my own website?

No. The booking page is a complete page on its own. If you do have a website, the booking widget puts the same booking form on it.

Is the booking page on the Free plan?

Yes. Every plan includes it. The Free plan covers 2 rooms and shows a small "Booking by InnRow" line, which the Hotel plan removes.
