Three styles
| Style | What it looks like | Good for |
|---|---|---|
| Book now button | A button that opens the booking pop-up | Your menu, or next to your photos |
| Dates-and-guests bar | A slim bar for dates and guests; results open in the pop-up | The top of your home page |
| Full booking form | The whole booking flow inside the page | A "Book" or "Rates" page |
All three show the same thing as your booking page: only the rooms that are free for every night, at the price your staff would quote, including tax.
One line of code
InnRow gives you the line to copy under Settings → Booking page → Add booking to your own website. It looks like this, with your property's address in place of your-property:
<script src="https://app.innrow.com/embed.js" data-innrow="your-property" async></script>
For the dates bar, add data-mode="search". For the full form, add data-mode="inline". You can also change the button text with data-label and its colour with data-color.
Already have a "Book" button in your design? Add data-innrow-open="your-property" to it and it opens the same pop-up.
Step-by-step help: WordPress, Wix and Google Sites.
Count bookings from your website
Every request from the widget is tagged "website widget" in InnRow, so your reports show how many bookings your website brings. The widget also sends two events, innrow_search and innrow_request, to your website's own Google Tag Manager or Google Analytics, so you can see which pages and ads lead to bookings.
Only on your sites
Under Settings you can list your website addresses. Once you do, only those sites (including sub-domains such as www) can show your widget. Leave the list empty to allow any site.
Before you add it
Turn on Publish the booking page first; the widget uses it. Then fill in the checklist on that screen so guests see good photos and room descriptions in the pop-up.
Questions about the widget
Will the widget slow my website down?
The line loads with async, so your page doesn't wait for it, and the booking pages it opens score 100 for performance in Lighthouse.
Does the widget work with WordPress?
Yes. Paste the line into a Custom HTML block on any page or post. See adding the widget to WordPress.
Can I put more than one widget on a page?
Yes. A button in the menu and a dates bar on the same page work together; the script loads once.
Do requests from the widget cost anything?
No. There is no commission and no booking fee on any plan.
