Which way suits Wix
Wix places pasted code inside its own box on the page. That works well for the full booking form, because the form lives inside the box. A pop-up from the Book now button style would also stay inside that box, so for a button, link a Wix button to your booking page instead.
| You want | Do this |
|---|---|
| The booking form on a "Book" or "Rooms" page | Embed HTML with the full-form line |
| A Book now button in the header or on photos | A Wix button linked to your InnRow booking page address |
Add the full booking form
- Copy the line. In InnRow, open Settings → Booking page → Add booking to your own website and copy the line for The whole booking form in the page:
<script src="https://app.innrow.com/embed.js" data-innrow="your-property" data-mode="inline" async></script>
- Add an Embed HTML element. In the Wix Editor, click Add Elements, then Embed Code, then Embed HTML.
- Paste it. Click Enter Code, choose Code, paste the line and click Update.
- Size the box. Stretch it to the full width of the section and make it about 800 pixels tall, so dates and rooms fit without a scroll bar. Check the mobile view too.
- Publish. Embedded code only runs on the published site, not inside the editor.
Add a Book now button
- Copy your booking page address from InnRow (Settings → Booking page → Copy link). It looks like
https://app.innrow.com/stays/your-property/. - In Wix, add a Button, click Link, choose Web address, paste the address and set it to open in a new tab.
If it doesn't work
- The box is empty: publish the booking page in InnRow first, then republish your Wix site.
- The form is cut off: make the box taller, on desktop and mobile separately.
- Only your other website shows it: if you listed allowed websites in InnRow, add your Wix address (yourname.wixsite.com or your own domain) to the list.
Quick answers
Do I need a Wix Premium plan for the InnRow form?
Embed HTML works on Wix sites generally. If your Wix plan limits custom code, use the button linked to your InnRow booking page, which works on every plan.
Does the Wix form show live availability?
Yes. It reads the same InnRow calendar as your staff, so it only offers rooms that are free for every night.
Do bookings from Wix cost a commission?
No. InnRow charges no commission or booking fee on any plan.
