When Hotelogix is the better choice
- You run a hotel with a restaurant or bar that needs a point of sale tied to room bills.
- You need GDS distribution, a revenue management tool or accounting connections.
- You have a front-office team that will use a full PMS every day.
When InnRow is the better choice
- You have 1 to 25 rooms and want a price you can read before you sign up.
- Most bookings come by phone and WhatsApp, and you need one calendar that refuses a second booking for a taken night.
- You want a free booking page on Google and a widget for your own website, without commission.
- Your property is in India and you want Form C reminders and GST slabs worked out per night.
Moving from Hotelogix
- Start the free trial and add your rooms. If a villa can be let whole and by the room, link the villa to its rooms.
- Export future reservations from Hotelogix and enter them in InnRow before you switch anything off, so the calendar is complete on day one.
- Disconnect the Hotelogix channel manager from each booking site first, then connect each site to InnRow with its calendar link. Two systems writing to one site at once cause clashes. See calendar sync help.
- Point your website's Book button at your InnRow booking page, or add the widget.
- Hotelogix renews every 30 days unless you tell it otherwise and doesn't refund, so give notice before the next billing date.
